This free 90-minute workshop will introduce you to Mindfulness and the basics of meditation. It includes both teaching and actual practice, so you’ll leave with the tools and experience you need to create a mindfulness practice for your life.
No prior experience necessary – all meditations will be guided. And easy 🙂

- What are the (science-based) benefits of mindfulness
- How you can apply mindfulness to managing stress, reducing suffering, and creating healthy habits in your life
- We will practice these meditaitons: Mindful Check-in, Awareness of Breathing, Mindfulness of Body, and informal practices
