Here are some guided meditations you are free to stream or download. I’ll be uploading new mediations on a regular basis so please check back periodically.

For some meditation, there two versions, differing only in the amount/frequency of in-practice guidance:

Regular guidance: In these versions, I provide a regular amount of guidance (instructions, cues for mind-wandering) and shorter length pauses in between. If you’re a relative beginner, or just feel like having more of a leader presence, try these.

Less guidance: If you feel like more silence and less guidance, you might prefer these versions.
