This class will teach you the very basics of mindfulness principles and meditation practices.
It meets once a quarter. Classes are 90 minutes long and will include both information and hands-on practice. Here’s is the format
Week 1: Introduction to Mindfulness Principles and learn the Body Scan
Week 2: How to establish a personal practice, and learn Awareness of Breathing
Week 3: Being mindful in your life, and learn informal practices, Mindful Movement and Walking Meditation
